Studio 1

The Pilates Method is a unique form of training that improves posture, flexibility, co-ordination, stability and strength.

The exercises are carried out on mats and on specially developed equipment consist of stretching, strengthening and stabilizing elements.

Pilates training increases muscle elasticity and joint mobility. This results in a healthier, slimmer, stronger and more flexible body, which helps to keep our minds alert, creative and relaxed.
